Terms and conditions

Vértice Digital provides online software for restaurants, stores, retailers and service businesses. Depending on the selected profile and plan, it supports checkout, sales, inventory, customers, online catalogs or menus, orders, scheduling and reports.

The customer must provide accurate information and protect account credentials. The Free plan is permanent, requires no card and remains subject to its published capacity limits. Paid-plan trials last 7 days, require no payment method, create no charge and do not renew automatically. Continued paid use requires a separate purchase decision.

Before purchase, the customer sees the applicable plan, price, currency, billing period and payment provider. Subscriptions renew for the accepted period until cancelled. Cancellation and refunds follow the published policy and mandatory local rights.

The subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the contracting business. Unauthorized resale, access circumvention, harmful activity, reverse engineering where legally restrictable and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.

The customer retains rights to lawful content uploaded to the service and confirms it has permission to use it. Assisted import from a website or PDF requires customer review before publication and does not authorize copying third-party material.

Each business remains responsible for its products, services, prices, customer service, tax, accounting, invoicing and consumer obligations. Vértice provides operational tools and does not replace an accountant, attorney, tax authority or authorized invoicing provider.

The service is provided online subject to maintenance, third-party infrastructure and events beyond reasonable control. Support requests may be sent to contacto@verticedigital.tech. No unlisted service level is promised.

The software, site, designs and original materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Use of Vértice Digital as a commercial name does not represent a claim that it is a registered trademark.

Liability is determined under applicable law and the accepted agreement. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Customers should maintain appropriate operating procedures and lawful records.

These terms are governed by Colombian law, without removing mandatory rights granted in the customer's country. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated as required before taking effect.
