Privacy and data protection policy

We process account, contact, business, billing, support and technical security data supplied by users or generated through service use. Optional website analytics and marketing data is collected only after applicable consent.

We use data to answer requests, create accounts, provide and secure the service, manage trials and subscriptions, support customers, meet legal obligations and prevent fraud. Bases include contract steps, contract performance, consent, legal duties and legitimate security interests where permitted.

For personal data entered by a subscribing business about its own customers or staff, that business normally determines purposes and acts as controller; Vértice acts as processor under its instructions, without removing duties that law assigns directly to either party.

Hosting, databases, email, support and authorized payment providers may process required data. Depending on configuration, these may include Vercel, Supabase, Hotmart, Lemon Squeezy, Google or Meta. International transfers use applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

Data is kept only as needed for the stated purpose, account operation and legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute obligations. We delete, anonymize or restrict it when those grounds end.

Subject to local law, individuals may request access, correction, updating, deletion, portability, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent by emailing contacto@verticedigital.tech. Identity may be verified. Complaints may also be made to the competent authority.

We apply reasonable access, transport-encryption and separation measures. No system is risk-free. The business service is not directed to children and account holders must have legal capacity to contract.

Cookie choices are described in the cookie policy and can be changed from the footer. Material policy changes will be published and communicated when legally required.
