In this policy, references to Vértice identify this company's services and brand, not a separate legal entity.

QS Ingeniería acts as controller for the account, subscription, billing and support data whose purposes it determines; its role for business customer data is described in section 3.

We process account, contact, business, billing, support and technical security data supplied by users or generated through service use. Optional website analytics and marketing data is collected only after applicable consent.

We use data to answer requests, create accounts, provide and secure the service, manage trials and subscriptions, support customers, meet legal obligations and prevent fraud. Bases include contract steps, contract performance, consent, legal duties and legitimate security interests where permitted.

For personal data entered by a subscribing business about its own customers or staff, that business normally determines purposes and acts as controller; QS Ingeniería, as the company operating Vértice, acts as processor under its instructions, without removing duties that law assigns directly to either party.

Hosting, databases, email, support and authorized payment providers may process required data. Depending on configuration, these may include Vercel, Supabase, Hotmart, Lemon Squeezy, Google or Meta. International transfers use applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

Data is kept only as needed for the stated purpose, account operation and legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute obligations. We delete, anonymize or restrict it when those grounds end.

Subject to local law, individuals may request access, correction, updating, deletion, portability, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent by emailing acceso@verticedigital.tech, without signing in. Identity may be verified. Complaints may also be made to the competent authority.

We apply reasonable access, transport-encryption and separation measures. No system is risk-free. The business service is not directed to children and account holders must have legal capacity to contract.

Cookie choices are described in the cookie policy and can be changed from the footer. Material policy changes will be published and communicated when legally required.

On the web we do not apply an automatic response to the legacy Do Not Track (DNT) signal. It is distinct from Global Privacy Control (GPC): when we receive GPC in this browser, we disable optional analytics and marketing, including previously accepted choices. The signal does not prevent access, essential cookies or processing necessary to provide the service. It applies to this browser and site; we do not claim that it automatically synchronizes other devices or native Android choices. You can manage cookies and contact our privacy contact for other requests.

If you authorize enabled optional features, Google and Meta may receive identifiers and activity and, depending on the feature and their terms, recognize activity over time and across other sites or services. This tracking is distinct from data we process exclusively on behalf of a business. Native AdMob choices are managed separately within the app.

Vértice POS processes account and contact details (including name, email and phone), authentication data, subscriptions and transaction records, support messages, IP addresses, device information and technical logs to provide and protect the service. Business records may include customers, staff, suppliers, orders, reservations, inventory and documents.

If you choose to upload photos or files, we process that content for the requested feature, such as catalog images or receipts. Android uses the system picker or camera application for content you choose to provide, rather than unrestricted access to your library. Questions sent to Vi and related support context are processed to answer and follow up on requests; unresolved questions may be reviewed by authorized staff. Do not submit passwords, access codes or unnecessary sensitive information.

Vértice POS integrates Google AdMob. When advertising is enabled and the applicable privacy conditions allow ad requests, Google's advertising SDK collects and shares IP addresses (which may indicate approximate location), ad and product interactions, diagnostics and device identifiers, including the advertising ID when available. Google uses these data for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. This is separate from optional website cookies.

The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to check privacy requirements before requesting ads. Where available, you can reopen privacy options through the notice alongside the ad. You can also reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings. Non-personalized or limited ads may still process technical information.

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, Google processes the payment. Vértice receives subscription identifiers, purchase tokens and status needed to validate the purchase and manage access, not your full payment-card details.

You can request account and associated data deletion from the app's privacy/support options or by emailing acceso@verticedigital.tech, without reinstalling the app or signing in to this website. We verify identity and authority before processing the request. See the public instructions below.

We delete or anonymize information that no longer has a valid retention ground. Accounting and tax records, transaction evidence, security and fraud records or material needed for a dispute may be retained with restricted access for the applicable legal period or while that specific purpose remains necessary. We will explain any applicable exception when handling your request. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. To stop future subscription renewals, manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play.
