Account and data deletion

Business account: sign in and open Administration → My Vértice → New request → Privacy. This option is available to the owner or an authorized administrator.

Buyer account: open My account → Privacy and data, choose Deletion, and submit the request. You can download a copy of your data from the same section before requesting deletion.

Email contacto@verticedigital.tech from the address associated with the account. Include the account name, related business or subdomain, and state that you want the account deleted. We may request only the additional information needed to verify your identity and prevent unauthorized deletion.

After verifying identity, scope, and responsibilities, we will delete or anonymize data controlled by Vértice that no longer needs to be retained. This may include the profile, sessions, preferences, registered devices, and operational relationships not subject to retention.

When a restaurant, retailer, or service business is the data controller, we will forward the request or help that business carry it out securely.

Some receipts, transactions, accounting or tax records, security and fraud-prevention evidence, and records of the deletion request itself may be kept with restricted access for the period required by law or needed to resolve claims. They will not be used for marketing after a valid deletion.

We will respond through the verified channel within the applicable legal timeframe. Deletion can be irreversible, so we will confirm its scope before carrying it out and tell you when the request has been completed or when a specific retention duty applies.

Uninstalling the app does not delete an account or data stored by the service.
